Terms of Service

1.1 Binding Agreement: You may only access or use the T-Frame services if you accept these Terms in their entirety.

1.2 Acceptance by Use: Any use of the T-Frame services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

1.3 Corporate Use: If you are accessing or using the T-Frame services on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such a case, "you" and "your" will refer to that specific entity.

2.1 Service Description: The T-Frame services check digital interactions in seconds and provide a clear fraud risk assessment with reasons in plain language. They are designed to check communications the moment before you click, pay, or share personal data with others.

2.2 Supported Platforms: If using the browser extension, the T-Frame services check Gmail communications and WhatsApp Web communications accessed via web browser interfaces, as well as any text, including link or page address, that you explicitly select for checking (via the right-click "Check with T-Frame" action) or paste into the extension. If using the check service on trusterity.io, it evaluates only the specific text you paste into the form.

2.3 Informational Purposes Only: The T-Frame services do not engage in automated decision-making and provide only informational fraud risk assessments. Any final decision or action regarding a communication remains solely your responsibility.

2.4 Usage Limits: We reserve the right to enforce usage limits to ensure the stability and availability of the services, mitigate abuse, and manage operational costs. We may modify, introduce, or enforce these limits at any time at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

2.5 Third-Party Platforms: The T-Frame services may operate in conjunction with third-party platforms (such as Google/Gmail or Meta/WhatsApp). Social Links is not affiliated with, partnered with, sponsored by, or endorsed by these third-party platforms. Your use of such platforms is governed by their respective terms of service, and you are responsible for complying with them.

3.1 Adult Users Only: The T-Frame services are strictly intended for and directed exclusively to adult users who are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

3.2 Prohibition of Minors: We do not knowingly offer the T-Frame services to children. Individuals under the legal age of majority are expressly prohibited from using this service.

4.1 Free and Paid Services: The T-Frame services are currently provided to you free of charge. However, Social Links reserves the right to introduce fees, subscription plans, or premium features in the future.

4.2 Advance Notice: We will provide you with reasonable advance notice of any pricing changes or new fees before they apply to you. Continued use of the services after such notice will constitute your agreement to the updated payment terms.

5.1 "AS IS" DELIVERY: THE T-FRAME SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO YOU STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY GUARANTEES OF UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

5.2 NO WARRANTIES: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY NEW YORK LAW, SOCIAL LINKS EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOCIAL LINKS MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, VALIDITY, RELIABILITY, CORRECTNESS, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY FRAUD RISK ASSESSMENTS, EVALUATIONS, OR OUTPUTS GENERATED BY THE T-FRAME SERVICES.

5.3 NO LIABILITY FOR CYBER THREATS / FALSE NEGATIVES AND POSITIVES: YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CYBER THREATS ARE CONSTANTLY EVOLVING. T-FRAME FRAUD RISK ASSESSMENTS ARE PURELY INFORMATIONAL. SOCIAL LINKS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR LIABILITIES ARISING FROM (A) "FALSE NEGATIVES" (FAILURE OF THE SERVICE TO DETECT A SCAM OR FRAUD), OR (B) "FALSE POSITIVES" (THE SERVICE WARNING AGAINST A LEGITIMATE INTERACTION). ANY DECISION YOU MAKE BASED ON A T-FRAME FRAUD RISK ASSESSMENT IS DONE AT YOUR OWN SOLE RISK.

6.1 No Reverse-Engineering or Signature Mapping: You are strictly prohibited from decompiling, reverse-engineering, disassembling, decrypting, or attempting to derive the source code, underlying algorithms, or analytical methodologies of the T-Frame services. You may not use the services to map our threat detection patterns or to intentionally develop methods to bypass our fraud risk assessments. You shall not:

• (a) extract, unpack, or inspect the client-side browser extension packages;
• (b) utilize hooks, runtime debuggers, or automated environments to systematically query the services; or
• (c) use the services to map our threat detection signatures, rules, or methodologies for the purpose of creating a competitive product or developing methods to bypass our security filters.

6.2 Prohibited Content: You are strictly prohibited from submitting, pasting, or analyzing any content through the T-Frame services that promotes terrorism, involves the exploitation of minors, or contains malicious code (such as malware or viruses) intentionally designed to damage our systems or algorithms.

6.3 Prohibition of Automation: You are expressly prohibited from using bots, scrapers, automated scripts, or any other automated tools to access the services, bypass our usage limits, or systematically extract data from T-Frame service interfaces.

7.1 By using the T-Frame services, you expressly represent, warrant, and agree to the following:

7.2 Lawful Use: You will not use the services for any unlawful, illegal, or unauthorized purposes.

7.3 Ownership and Rights to Content: You explicitly warrant that you will only upload, paste, or analyze messages, data, or content that you legally own or have the full right, permission, and authority to share with Social Links for fraud risk assessment.

7.4 Export Compliance and Sanctions: You represent and warrant that you are not (i) located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in any country or territory subject to a comprehensive U.S. Government embargo; or (ii) listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties (such as the Specially Designated Nationals List).

8.1 Ownership: All right, title, and interest in and to the T-Frame services – including but not limited to the underlying software, algorithms, user interfaces (UI/UX), trademarks, and analytical methodologies – remain exclusively the property of Social Links.

8.2 Limited License: Subject to your strict compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the T-Frame services strictly for their intended fraud-prevention purposes.

8.3 Content License: You retain all ownership rights to the text, data, and communications you check through the T-Frame services. By submitting content through the services, you grant Social Links a limited, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and evaluate such content strictly in real-time for the sole purpose of generating the immediate fraud risk assessment. Because the T-Frame services utilize a zero-retention architecture, this license is transient and terminates automatically and instantaneously upon the delivery of the risk assessment to your interface. No content checked by you is saved, cached, or stored on Social Links' servers post-delivery.

9.1 Data Processing: We are committed to protecting your privacy. For a detailed explanation of how we, acting as the data controller, collect, use, and handle your personal data, please review the T-Frame Privacy Notice.

10.1 EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY NEW YORK LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SOCIAL LINKS, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, IDENTITY THEFT, FINANCIAL ASSETS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

10.2 LIABILITY LIMIT: EXCEPT FOR LIABILITY ARISING FROM SOCIAL LINKS' GROSS NEGLIGENCE, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR MATTERS THAT CANNOT BE CONTRACTUALLY LIMITED UNDER NEW YORK LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL, AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF SOCIAL LINKS FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE T-FRAME SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO SOCIAL LINKS FOR THE T-FRAME SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).

11.1 DEFENSE AND HOLD HARMLESS: YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS SOCIAL LINKS, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE LEGAL AND ATTORNEYS' FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH YOUR VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS, YOUR MISUSE OF THE T-FRAME SERVICES, YOUR INFRINGEMENT OF ANY THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS, OR ANY CLAIMS THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES INTERCEPTED OR PROCESSED THIRD-PARTY COMMUNICATIONS WITHOUT PROPER AUTHORIZATION OR CONSENT (INCLUDING PRIVACY OR WIRETAPPING CLAIMS).

12.1 Governing Law: These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12.2 Exclusive Jurisdiction: Subject to the mandatory arbitration provisions in Section 13, any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the T-Frame services that is excluded from arbitration (such as the enforcement of an arbitration award or small claims actions) must be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, United States, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13.1 Mandatory Arbitration: You and Social Links agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules (or, if you are accessing or using the T-Frame services on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, its Commercial Arbitration Rules), and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The place of arbitration shall be New York City, New York.

13.2 Class Action Waiver: YOU AND SOCIAL LINKS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Further, unless both you and Social Links agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

13.3 WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL: EACH PARTY HEREBY WAIVES ITS RIGHTS TO A JURY TRIAL OF ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION BASED UPON OR ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SUBJECT MATTER HEREOF OR THEREOF. THE SCOPE OF THIS WAIVER IS INTENDED TO BE ALL-ENCOMPASSING OF ANY AND ALL DISPUTES THAT MAY BE FILED IN ANY COURT AND THAT RELATE TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THESE TERMS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CONTRACT CLAIMS, TORT CLAIMS (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF DUTY CLAIMS, AND ALL OTHER COMMON LAW AND STATUTORY CLAIMS. THESE PROVISIONS WILL NOT BE SUBJECT TO ANY EXCEPTIONS. THIS WAIVER IS IRREVOCABLE AND SHALL APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE FORUM OR THE NATURE OF THE DISPUTE.

14.1 Right to Modify or Discontinue: Social Links reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the T-Frame services (or any part or feature thereof) at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion.

14.2 Account Termination: We may terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if we suspect you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent behavior, or if we decide to cease offering the services.

14.3 No Liability for Discontinuation: You agree that Social Links shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or total discontinuation of the T-Frame services.

15.1 Social Links is entitled, at its sole discretion, to change these Terms from time to time. Unless otherwise provided herein, any changes become effective fourteen (14) days after they are posted on this page.

15.2 Immediate Effective Date: Notwithstanding Section 15.1, modifications shall take effect immediately upon posting on this page in any of the following circumstances:

• (a) Contact & Administrative Changes: Changes to our contact details, legal address, corporate entity name, or minor non-material edits (such as fixing typographical errors or formatting);
• (b) Service Features & Functionality: Modifications, additions, enhancements, or removal of features or functionality of the T-Frame services;
• (c) Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Changes required immediately to comply with applicable law, court orders, or requests from regulatory authorities;
• (d) Security & Abuse Prevention: Changes necessary to address security vulnerabilities, protect system integrity, mitigate fraud, or prevent misuse or unauthorized exploitation of the T-Frame services; or
• (e) Third-Party Platform Requirements: Changes required to maintain compliance with the rules, terms, or technical requirements of third-party platforms (such as Google or Meta).

15.3 If you do not agree to any updated Terms in their entirety, you must stop using the T-Frame services and deactivate your account (if any). Your continued use of the T-Frame services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

16.1 Severability: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision hereof shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.

16.2 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire, integrated agreement between you and Social Links regarding the T-Frame services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, advertisements, or proposals regarding the T-Frame services.

16.3 No Waiver: No failure or delay by Social Links in exercising any right under these Terms constitutes a waiver of that right or any other right.
